What the monthly scope covers
The RM 3,000 Visibility Package covers the website and ongoing search work listed above. Before starting, record the initial page list, monthly content or update deliverables, quantities, review process and reporting scope in the Order Form. The fee does not mean unlimited new pages, videos or integrations. Custom functionality and third-party costs belong in the quotation, so both sides know what is included.
Reporting distinguishes work completed, search performance, dated AI-answer observations and tracked website actions. A WhatsApp tap is not a verified enquiry or sale.
The package runs month to month. Give 30 days’ written cancellation notice at any time; there is no three-month minimum term or exit fee. Your domain remains yours. Website and created-content ownership transfers after three months of fees have been paid, as a separate condition under clause 5.

How much does AI SEO cost in Malaysia?
There is no standard market rate yet — most agencies bundle it into SEO retainers of RM 3,000 to RM 10,000 a month, often without a free website. Can't I just do it myself?
Some of it. You can claim a Google Business Profile and write content. But the technical layer — clean schema, entity consistency, crawlability, llms.txt — and keeping it tuned as AI search changes is specialist, ongoing work. Acclaira does it for you and tracks whether AI actually starts naming you.
Is AI SEO just SEO with a new name?
No, though they overlap. Classic SEO gets you ranked in a list of links. AI SEO also gets you named inside the AI's answer, often when no links are shown at all. The foundations help both, which is why Acclaira does SEO and AEO together — but the goal is to be the recommendation, not just a link.
What if it doesn't work?
