The short version

I am Dan, 27, Director of DNE Forwarding, a Port-Klang freight forwarder my family has run for three decades. I joined the business in 2025 after six years in data analytics — first as a tech consultant at EY (Kuala Lumpur), then as a senior data analyst at Grab. I read Business Management at the University of Reading.

When I came home, I rebuilt DNE's website around how AI search actually reads a business — structure, trust signals, answer-first content. It worked: today, much of how new customers find us starts with an AI answer or a search, not a cold call.

Why I built Acclaira

Most Malaysian businesses are brilliant in person and invisible online — backwards, and fixable. The way people find a business is shifting from a list of links to a single AI answer, and almost no one here is set up for it. That is a rare, wide-open window.
