Inspection & consultation
We check every panel under LED correction lighting. You get an honest assessment — what the paint can recover, what needs managing, and which protection tier suits your car and how you use it.

Decontamination & correction
Every detail starts with a thorough chemical decontamination — iron fallout, tar, tree sap. Then machine polishing removes swirls and micro-scratches before any protective layer goes on. You cannot protect contaminated or damaged paint.

Protection & handover
Ceramic coating or PPF is applied in our temperature-controlled bay. When we hand the car back, we walk you through exactly how to maintain it — so the finish stays showroom-sharp between visits.

How long does a full detail take?
An Express Detail takes 3–4 hours. A Full Detail including machine polish runs 6–8 hours and typically requires leaving the car with us for the day. Ceramic coating or PPF jobs span 2–5 days depending on scope — we always confirm the timeline upfront so you can plan.
What is the difference between ceramic coating and regular wax?
Wax sits on the surface and wears off within weeks — it provides almost no hardness or chemical resistance. Ceramic coating forms a molecular bond with the clear coat, creating a 9H-hard layer that repels contamination, water-spots and UV for years. The hydrophobic effect and gloss depth are also in a completely different category. Wax is a short-term cosmetic fix; ceramic is long-term protection.
How long does paint protection film last?
Quality PPF from brands like XPEL or Suntek carries a 7–10 year manufacturer warranty when professionally installed. The self-healing top coat activates with heat — light surface scratches disappear on their own. Proper care (pH-neutral washes, no automatic car washes with hard brushes) ensures it performs for the full warranty period.
What maintenance does my car need after ceramic coating?
Much less than before — the surface sheds dirt and water on its own. We recommend a pH-neutral car shampoo (no detergents), hand washing only for the first 30 days post-coating, and an annual coating maintenance spray to top up the hydrophobic layer. Avoid automatic brush car washes entirely — the bristles create fine swirl marks in the coating over time.
Do you work on new cars straight from the showroom?
Yes — and we strongly recommend booking before or just after pickup. New cars from the factory often have transport swirls and light contamination from the delivery process. Getting the paint corrected and protected immediately means the car never deteriorates from its best condition. We also catch any factory paint defects early, before the warranty claim window closes.
Can you detail a used car with existing scratches and faded paint?
Absolutely. Paint correction is exactly what we do for older or neglected paint. We use a paint thickness gauge to assess how much clear coat remains, then select the safest level of correction to maximise the result without going through the lacquer. After correction, ceramic or PPF locks in the improvement. We are honest about what paint can and cannot recover — if the damage is too deep, we will tell you.
