Can I switch accountants mid-year?

Yes — we handle the transition for you. We will request your records from the previous firm and get up to speed. There is no awkward period; your compliance stays uninterrupted. Most transitions take about two weeks.

When do I need to register for SST?

If your annual taxable turnover exceeds RM 500,000, you are required to register for SST. For service businesses, this means total fees billed in a 12-month period. We will tell you when you are approaching the threshold and handle registration before the deadline.

Are you e-invoicing ready?

Yes. LHDN's MyInvois mandate requires all Sdn Bhd to issue e-invoices via the Peppol network by August 2025 (large companies) and 2026 (SMEs). We are already certified and handle MyInvois submission as part of our tax and bookkeeping service.

Are your fees fixed or can they change?

Our fees are fixed for a minimum of 12 months. If your transaction volume grows significantly (e.g. you triple your headcount), we will discuss a revised quote before making any changes — never mid-cycle and never without agreement.

Do you handle LHDN audits?

We do not conduct the audit, but we prepare you for it. We organise your records, prepare audit schedules, and liaise with LHDN on your behalf during a tax investigation or audit. If you are currently facing an audit, contact us immediately — early preparation makes the biggest difference.
