Mood board & personalised quote
We put together a mood board matched to your venue and colour story, with a transparent itemised quote so you know exactly what you're approving.
Stems are sourced & composed
We confirm your order one week before, source the freshest seasonal stems from our growers, and compose each arrangement by hand the morning of your event.
Delivery & on-site styling
Our team delivers and installs everything at your venue — from centrepieces to the ceremony arch. We stay until you're happy, then collect vases after.

Honest answers, no fuss.
How far in advance should I book for a wedding?
We recommend enquiring at least 3 months ahead for weddings, and ideally 4–6 months for peak dates like December and February. We take a limited number of weddings per month so that every couple gets our full attention. For intimate solemnisations, 4–6 weeks is usually sufficient.
Do you have a minimum budget for event styling?
For wedding packages, our full styling starts from RM 3,800. Corporate event centrepieces start from RM 1,200. For everyday bouquets and weekly subscriptions, there is no minimum — you can order a single bud vase from RM 98. We're honest about what's possible within a budget so you're never surprised.
Which areas do you deliver to?
We deliver across the Klang Valley — Bangsar, KLCC, Bukit Bintang, Mont Kiara, Damansara, Petaling Jaya, Subang Jaya, Puchong, Cheras, and Ampang. For destinations further afield, please ask — we accommodate on a case-by-case basis with a small surcharge.
Do you work with fresh or dried flowers?
All our arrangements use fresh, seasonal flowers sourced weekly from local growers and Cameron Highlands farms. We do not currently offer dried flower arrangements, as fresh blooms are central to the Petale experience. If you'd like longevity, we can incorporate preserved botanicals on request.
Can you arrange same-day sympathy or condolence flowers?
Yes — sympathy arrangements placed before 12 noon are delivered by 5 PM on the same day. We handle every condolence order with care and discretion. Wreaths, sprays, and basket arrangements start from RM 280. Please WhatsApp us directly for the fastest response.
