07 · Before you come in
Straight answers.
How long do I wait if I walk in?
Typically 10–20 minutes, depending on the time of day. Weekday mornings are quickest. Friday evenings and Saturdays are our busiest — WhatsApp ahead and we will give you an honest wait time.
Do you cut kids' hair?
Yes — kids 12 and under are RM 45. Our barbers are patient with young ones. Saturday mornings tend to be the best time for families.
I've never been to a barbershop before. What should I expect?
Just come in. Your barber will spend a couple of minutes asking what you want, show you a few reference cuts if that helps, and talk you through it. There is no judgment and no pressure.
Do you sell grooming products?
Yes — we stock a curated selection of pomades, clays, beard oils and skincare. Everything on the shelf is what our barbers actually use. Ask your barber to recommend something for your hair type.
What is your cancellation policy?
Booked appointments: please let us know at least 2 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. Walk-ins have no commitment — just come when you can.
