Things people ask before they visit.
Can I try a day before committing to a membership?
Yes — we offer a drop-in day pass at RM 45, which gives you full access to the space for one working day. It's the easiest way to see if Commons suits how you work before signing up for a monthly plan.
Is there a minimum contract length?
No lock-in on any plan. Hot Desk and Dedicated Desk memberships are month-to-month; Private Offices have a 3-month minimum to allow time for branding and fit-out, but beyond that you're free to go at any time with 30 days' notice.
Can I use Commons as my company's registered address?
Yes. Dedicated Desk and Private Office plans include an SSM-registered business address, mail handling and a reception for visitors and couriers. Hot Desk members can add the address service for an additional RM 100 a month.
What are your access hours?
The lounge and shared areas are open 7am–10pm daily. Dedicated Desk and Private Office members get 24/7 key-fob access to their own space and to the phone booths and pantry — useful for early starts and late finishes.
Is parking available?
Yes. We provide validated parking tokens in the building basement at a subsidised rate. There are also metered street bays on Jalan Ampang. Ask reception when you visit and we'll walk you through the easiest options.
