Small group · 45 min
Intervals, sleds, rower and assault bike in groups of eight. Hard, scalable, and over before you can talk yourself out of it.

Race prep
Built for Hyrox and Spartan season — running mixed with functional stations so race day feels like a Tuesday.

Never lifted? Start here
Four private-ish sessions that teach you the lifts from scratch, at your pace. By session five you train with the group like you have been here for years.

05 · Before you come in
No — most members started exactly there. The Beginner On-Ramp teaches you every lift from zero before you ever train with the group. You will not be thrown into a workout and left to figure it out.
Never. Unlimited is month to month — freeze it for free when you travel, cancel any time with no penalty. We would rather you stay because it works than because you are trapped.
Just trainers, a water bottle, and clothes you can move in. We provide everything else. Come 10 minutes early so your coach can show you around the floor.
Yes — the Coached plan pairs you with a coach for a weekly private session and a written strength plan, on top of unlimited classes. Good if you have a specific goal or you are coming back from injury.
Ground floor, Jalan 13/2, Section 13 Petaling Jaya — five minutes from Asia Jaya LRT. Free parking right outside before 6pm, plenty of street bays in the evening.
