Vinyasa
A flowing, breath-led practice that links movement with the rhythm of your inhale and exhale. Each class builds heat gently before settling into a longer, grounding close.

Anyone who wants to move with intention. Good for those building a first practice or deepening one they already have.
What to expect
A 60-minute arc of standing sequences, balancing postures, and a slow, nourishing Savasana. Teacher will offer alternatives throughout.

We designed Stillpoint around the feeling of stepping away from the city — soft natural light, warm timber, and enough space between mats that you can actually breathe in.

A main yoga hall with natural light and a dedicated Reformer room with 6 beds.

Six Balanced Body Reformers — the same machines used by physiotherapists.
Showers & changing
Clean, calm changing rooms with showers so you can come straight from work.

Pay at the studio. No advance reservation required for mat classes (Reformer must be booked).

No expiry rush. Pack extends by one month if you are unwell for more than two weeks.

Before you come in
Common questions, honest answers.
I have never done yoga before. Is that a problem?
Not at all — most people who become regulars started exactly that way. Our teachers shape every class around who is in the room, and modifications are offered throughout. Come 10 minutes early and introduce yourself so your teacher knows it is your first time.
What should I bring to class?
Just yourself, a water bottle, and clothes you can move in. We supply mats, blocks, bolsters, straps, and blankets — there is nothing you need to buy before your first class. Showers and changing rooms are available if you are coming from the office.
Is prenatal yoga safe in the first trimester?
We recommend joining from the second trimester onwards as a general guideline. If you are in your first trimester and have clearance from your obstetrician, please let us know when you book — our prenatal teacher will make adjustments. We keep class sizes small specifically so that individual care like this is possible.
How is Reformer Pilates different from mat-based classes?
The Reformer is a spring-resistance machine that supports and challenges the body at the same time. It allows much finer control of resistance, making it excellent for rehabilitation, posture work, and progressive strength training. Many students do both — mat yoga for breath and flexibility, Reformer for precise core and alignment work.
Can I freeze or pause my monthly membership?
Yes. You can freeze for up to 4 weeks per calendar year — no questions asked, no charge during the freeze. If you travel frequently or have a demanding work season, the 10-class pack is often a better fit than monthly unlimited. Just WhatsApp us and we will help you figure out what works.
